What can you write about?

• Bug reports: If something doesn't work, tell us what you did and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
• Missing or wrong cards: If you see a “cards not in the list” warning after fetching your cards, or a card's elixir cost is wrong, let us know. We add new cards as quickly as we can.
• Deck suggestions: If a suggested deck looks off to you, send us the deck and why. We use this feedback to improve the scoring.
• Feature ideas: Anything you'd like to see on the site.
• Privacy requests: Requests about your personal data under the GDPR or KVKK. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Partnerships and advertising: For content creators and brands.

Problems with your game account

ElixirDeck is a fan site independent of Supercell. For your game account, purchases or in-game issues, contact Supercell from Settings → Help and Support inside the game, not us. We will never ask for your password or account details; your player tag is all we need to see your cards.
