Let’s look at your recent matches: for your 3 most-played decks, opponents are grouped by deck type (heavy beatdown, Balloon, Hog Rider…) to show which ones you beat and lose to, why you lose, your weak spots and the changes you can make to your deck. Friendly battles, 2v2, boat battles and modes where the game gives you the deck aren’t counted.

Frequently asked questions

How does ElixirDeck work?

When you enter your player tag, your cards, levels and unlocked evolutions and heroes are pulled from the official Clash Royale API. The deck builder tries thousands of combinations, scores each deck on its win condition, spells, air defense, splash damage, average elixir, card synergy and card levels, and suggests the most balanced ones. More on the About page.

Where do I find my player tag?

Tap your profile in the game: the code starting with # under your name is your player tag (e.g. #2PYQ8LGR). No password or login needed; only your public profile is read.

Is ElixirDeck free?

Yes, completely free, with no account or sign-up. Your card selections are only stored in this browser.

Does it take evolutions and heroes into account?

Yes. Your unlocked evolutions and heroes and the Evolution, Hero and Wild slots available in your arena are taken into account; champions only go in a valid slot, and a deck can have only one champion.

Can I build 4 decks for Clan War?

Yes. In the Build Decks tab, pick the “Clan War (4 decks)” mode to get four separate decks with no card used twice. You need at least 32 cards for this.

What should I play against my opponent’s deck?

Enter your opponent’s deck, or just the cards you know, in the Deck Analyzer tab and tap “Find counter decks”. ElixirDeck shows decks from your own cards with a good matchup, plus the opponent’s weak spots.

Can I analyze my recent matches?

Yes. Enter your player tag in the “Match Report” tab: your recent matches are pulled from the game’s official data. For your 3 most-played decks you’ll see which deck types you win and lose against, why you lose (level gap, tough matchup or in-game play), the cards that beat you most and changes you can make to your deck. Friendly battles aren’t counted.

Is the card information up to date?

Card stats and guides are updated for Supercell’s balance changes; you can find the latest changes and their dates in the Updates section.
